Q9 Labs — LEAP 2026 Free Offer Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer

CollabEZ FZE LLC (UAE), trading as Q9 Labs ("Q9 Labs", "we") offers eligible LEAP 2026 attendees three (3) months of unlimited access to the standard features of Ava, Nura, Track, and Chalk (the "Included Products"), subject to these terms (*terms apply). No payment method is required to redeem the offer. AI calling minutes (Ava), AI interviews (Nura), and Chalk Space usage are included up to the promotional usage in Section 3; all other standard features are unmetered.

2. Eligibility

• Open to businesses and professionals who register via q9labs.ai/leap during or in connection with LEAP 2026 (31 August – 4 September 2026, Riyadh).
• Registration must use a genuine identity and a working email address. One redemption per organization.
• Redemption deadline: registrations must be completed by 4 September 2026 (end of LEAP 2026). The 3-month period starts on the date your account is activated.

3. Scope of Free Access

• "Unlimited" means full use of the Included Products' standard features for internal business use during the offer period, subject to fair use (Section 4). Standard features are unmetered except for the metered items below.
• Metered usage (the only usage caps on this offer), per organization for the offer period: Ava — 400 AI call minutes (unanswered calls do not count toward minutes); Nura — 50 AI interviews; Chalk — 2,000 total Space minutes, up to 3 concurrent meetings, up to 30 participants per meeting. Track has no usage metering. Usage beyond these amounts, and enterprise capabilities — including SSO, custom integrations, SIP integration setup, dedicated support, and professional voice cloning — require a separate written agreement.
• Telephony is not included. Q9 Labs does not provide phone numbers, SIP trunks, or carrier services; you connect your own telephony provider, and we provide a setup guide and reasonable assistance connecting it.
• Track (beta) and Chalk are provided as-is; their features may change or be withdrawn. Chalk refers to the hosted Chalk service; self-hosting the open-source project is governed by its own license, not this offer.
• The offer excludes all other Q9 Labs products and any professional services, onboarding beyond self-serve, or custom development.

4. Fair Use

Free access is for genuine evaluation and internal business use. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for: resale or sublicensing; benchmarking for publication without consent; abusive, unlawful, or fraudulent usage (including unlawful or unconsented calling through Ava); attempts to circumvent caps; or usage patterns clearly inconsistent with a single organization's evaluation.

5. During and After the Offer Period

• The offer does not auto-convert into a paid subscription and you will not be charged automatically — no payment method is collected.
• At the end of the period you may (a) move to a paid plan, (b) export your data, or (c) let the account lapse. Lapsed accounts are retained for 60 days, during which you can export your data, after which we may delete it.

6. Data & Privacy

• Registration details (name, company, email, WhatsApp number, product interests) are used to provision your account, provide the services, and follow up about the offer and related Q9 Labs products. Handling is described in our Privacy Policy at q9labs.ai/privacy.
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time; service communications continue while your account is active.
• You are responsible for having the right to upload any data you process through the Included Products (e.g. candidate data in Nura, call recipients in Ava), including any consent or notice required by applicable law for recorded or AI-conducted calls and interviews.

7. Service Terms

• Services are provided "as available" with no uptime commitment during the free period, and without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q9 Labs' aggregate liability arising from the free offer is limited to US$500.
• We may modify or withdraw this promotional offer prospectively; access already activated will be honoured for its 3-month period.

8. General

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of the Emirate in which CollabEZ FZE LLC is registered.
• If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These promotional terms prevail over the standard Terms of Service only where they conflict, and only for the offer period.
